Transportation and delivery
The ordered goods will arrive at their destination within 5 working days starting from the day following receipt of the payment confirmation of the goods, without prejudice to the maximum general limit imposed by the art. 6 of the Legislative Decree. N°185/1999. Any delays do not constitute grounds for withdrawal or give rise to rights to compensation.
In the event that one or more products in the order are not immediately available, the order, even if paid, will be processed when all the goods are available. However, it will be our responsibility to provide information about any delays in delivery times.
